It’s All About Helping the Community!
All of us at Team Olsewski care about our community and have decided to launch the “Team Olsewski We Care” program. We will donate a portion of our commission to a charity of your choice. We have defined a few of our favorite non profits both local and nationwide. To assist us with this effort we have teamed up with a national program called REBSEA which stands for Real Estate & Business Social Enterprises Association.
REBSEA members donate a part of their commission to nonprofit organizations in the communities they serve. Nonprofit organizations inform their supporters about the REBSEA program and after a closing the REBSEA member makes a donation to a nonprofit in their community. REBSEA includes hundreds of real estate agents, brokers, and mortgage lenders across the U.S. and Canada who understand that people prefer to do business with people and companies who Give Back to their community. The REBSEA program is a new and innovative way to work together as a community to solve social and environmental problems where we live and around the world. Together we can make a real difference.
Each year many of your supporters, as well as people they know, will be buying or selling a home. You can inform them, as part of your ongoing fundraising program, that if they choose to do business with me I will be making a donation at closing. If we work together to keep them informed of this program we can create an awareness that will result in a sustainable source of donations to your organization to help you accomplish your mission. This is a Social Enterprise. The MBA programs in all of our leading universities are teaching that joining a business with a social benefit, such as the REBSEA program does, is a trend that is already beginning to transform commerce and that this trend will continue and become a part of the fabric of how we do business. REBSEA is one of a growing number of new business models created for this purpose.

We can create a presence on your website. I can attend your events and meet with your supporters.
